Returns/Policies

*NO REFUNDS/RETURNS on used/consignment items.
*NO REFUNDS on shipping.
*RETURNS are only accepted if the item is received back within 5 days of you receiving it & ONLY on NEW items.
*RETURNS are only accepted if you have gotten an approval from me PRIOR to sending. Approval is at my discretion... 

* Card/payment processing fees will not be refunded if order is cancelled due to no fault of Teri's Tack (Ex. Decided to get the item elsewhere, change your mind, etc.) 

* If returning for a reason that is not an error on my part or the fault of my vendors there is a 20% restocking fee.
*Custom Work requires 50% Retainer to start & will not ship until paid in full.
* All deposits/partial payments/retainers are non-refundable
*Customized work with names/Initials are non-returnable/non-refundable unless there is an error in the construction of the piece.

*Items change designs frequently and the most current style will be sent if the older style is sold out/discontinued. I update the website as often as I can but with thousands of items available from my suppliers, I may not have all items/photos up to date.

Returns are to be mailed to the following address & MUST have insurance coverage for the full value of the items being returned.

Refunds will not be issued until the items are received & inspected. If items are not in NEW condition when returned, a refund will not be issued.
